Contract I: Procurement of two hundred (200) Grinder Pump Cores, Controls and Control Panels, Appurtenances compatible with E/One Basin model #DH071-93. The work consists of the furnishing of grinder pump retrofit cores, controls and appurtenances. All workmanship and materials are to be in accordance with the Contract Documents. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governors Executive Order of 1972, and Governors Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. The Highland County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, delete any portion or portions thereof or to waive any irregularities in the bidding. Copies of Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of Environmental Engineering Service at 3575 Columbia Rd, Lebanon, Ohio 45036. Paper and/or electronic copies are available at a non-refundable cost of $75.00 for each set of Contract Documents. All checks shall be made payable to ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICE. Performance for these contracts shall be completed by February 28, 2028 after the date to be specified in the Notice-to-Proceed. The contracts shall be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
