Highland County, State of Ohio, through its Board of County Commissioners, will receive bids for 2026 HIG CR 8-4.19 Prestressed Concrete Box Beams as per specifications. The prestressed concrete box beams are to be furnished and delivered to the Owner no later than May 21, 2026. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. Bids are to be electronically submitted through the designated service prior to the deadline. Each bidder must furnish a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond. The Highland County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids.
