***Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to UPDATE Attachment 7 Price List and Attachment 13 RFI Questions/Responses. The Amendment will also extend the proposal response date to 14 May 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT. ** Water tower inspection and maintenance services are required under an IDIQ contract to support facilities at Hurlburt Field. Work includes providing all labor, equipment, materials, and expertise necessary to inspect, maintain, and service water towers as task orders are issued throughout the contract period. Funding will be provided by the customer prior to execution of any task order. The guaranteed minimum for the life of the contract is estimated at $4,000.00 and will be satisfied through issuance of the first task order concurrent with award of the basic contract. The total maximum value of all task orders issued over the life of the contract shall not exceed $2,000,000.00. This acquisition is set aside exclusively for Women-Owned Small Businesses. The period of performance is five years. Questions must be submitted in writing in Word format to the individuals identified in Section L no later than April 13, 2026, at 1:00 PM CDT. Offerors are responsible for ensuring proposals are received by the Government office designated in the solicitation by the specified date and time. Personnel requiring access to Hurlburt Field for proposal delivery must submit an access request identifying the company and individual names at least 72 hours prior to the proposal due date and time. Location: Hurlburt Field, 1 SOFSSG, Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing in Word format to individuals listed in Section L paragraph NLT 13 April 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT.
