Demolition of Building 90326 at Hurlburt Field requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and any additional resources needed to perform the work in accordance with the contract specifications and task orders. Work will be performed under a Firm-Fixed-Price contract awarded through sealed bid procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 14 and 36. A Performance Work Statement and other project-specific documents will outline all required tasks. Award is fully contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds, and no legal obligation on the part of the Government exists until funds are made available and the contractor receives written confirmation from the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without obligation to reimburse offerors for costs.
