The work involves providing architect-engineering (A-E) services under an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to support civil, structural, and environmental engineering projects. Services include Title I and Title II design for new construction and renovation projects across multiple disciplines, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering. Tasks encompass field investigations, topographic surveys, geotechnical analysis, environmental surveys and studies, hazardous material assessments, schematic design, design development, value engineering, cost estimating, and preparation of specifications and construction contract documents. Additional responsibilities include site development, water and sewer utilities, stormwater systems, pavements, foundations, and structural systems involving concrete, masonry, and steel. Work may also require planning studies, GIS-related design activities, and preparation of drawings in AutoCAD and ArcGIS formats. Projects may include provisions for asbestos and lead removal and require coordination of multidisciplinary engineering services to support infrastructure, utilities, and facility improvements. The contract supports multiple task orders over a five-year ordering period with combined project limits, requiring the contractor to manage design, planning, and engineering services consistent with government standards and project requirements.
