Renovation of a municipal facility in Hurlburt Field, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place, as shown on the contract drawings specified herein, or as needed to perform roof systems work to repair, replace roofing systems and components. 2. At building B-90331 repair or replace degraded roof panels/flashing, and screws. Seal, as required of several recurring roof leaks at the NE end of the building, where roof transitions and valley meet. Provide new SSMR panels at building B-91130 to replace lower roof panels approx. 825 SF. 3. Repair building B-91028 gutters failing in multiple areas, one section, south side, two sections, north side rusted out. About 50 to 60 feet total. north and south sides causing damage. Repair at building B-91266 internal gutters on the SE side of the building over office space require relining due to ongoing failures causing leaks into the offices below. Finally, at B-90221 the gutters have rusted through, replacing the repaired with new gutters. For all SSMR repairs provide the necessary metal panels, underlayment, slip sheet, insulation, fasteners, welding, metal flashing for any exposed metal flashing at building corners, rakes, eaves, junctions between metal siding and roofing, valleys and changes off slope or direction in metal roofing, building expansion joints and gutters. Provide required anchor clips, joint sealer, fillers, gaskets, required for weatherproof performance of metal roof panel system. Each project shall be fully complete in accordance with the Contract Documents. Contractor must meet Hurlburt Field Installation Facilities Standards (IFS) 14 Dec 2018. These projects are located on Hurlburt Field, FL. 4. Roof demolition shall be carefully coordinated with the installation of the repair of roof system so that contractor is responsible for protecting the interior of the building while roofing is being replaced. Special precautions should be taken when adverse weather conditions exist. Temporary roofing required due to adverse weather conditions is the contractor’s responsibility and shall be removed completely when work is resumed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
