Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Installation of two chilled water flowmeters with bypass piping and two bypass control valves to existing Chillers #1 and #2 and the replacement of existing temperature sensor wells and thermometers as indicated. Flowmeters will be furnished by the owner and installed by the contractor. Glycol must be added to the system as needed and will be furnished by the owner. The project must be completed by the specified deadline. The contractor will partner with onsite tradesmen and contractors if applicable and will be responsible for handling all warranty claims with distributors and/or manufacturers of materials and products provided, if necessary.
