Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Athens, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Athens County Commissioners (the "Owner''), as provided in this notice for the Athens County HVAC Improvements Project (the "Project") Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to Palmer Conservation Consulting, Attn: Eric Booher at ebooher@palmerc2.com. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the County reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. Prevailing wage requirements apply to this project.
