The Agency is seeking written proposals from qualified General Contracting/ Construction Management (GCCM) firms for development consultation and construction of the Agency's vacant property located at 3028 N. Osprey Avenue Sarasota, FL 34234. Question Deadline 02/17/2026 at 2:00 PM ET All questions and requests for information must be addressed in writing to the CO. Reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in the RFP process, or to terminate the RFP process at any time, if deemed by the Agency to be in its best interests.
