Sealed bids are requested for landscape maintenance services for the Mundelein Park & Recreation District. This will be a one-year contract, with the possibility of annual extensions for up to three years, subject to mutual written agreement. Bidding documents are available electronically, and bidders must register by requesting the package with company name and contact information. All addendums will be posted online, and it is the responsibility of bidders to review them prior to submission. A pre-bid meeting will be held, with attendance strongly encouraged but not mandatory. The District encourages minority business firms to submit bids and requests contractors to utilize minority businesses as subcontractors. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
