Sealed bids are requested for the "Mizzou Arena - Main Court Floor Replacement" at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri, under Project Number CP260131, with a construction estimate of $700,000 - $785,000. Bids must be submitted through the University of Missouri's Unity Construct bid module. Project consists of the replacement of the existing Main Court wood flooring system at Mizzou Arena. 2. Demolition includes removal of the existing wood flooring system, designated concrete slabs and associated electrical and communication condiuits and wiring along with the in-floor connection boxes and items as further shown on the drawings. 3. Architectural work shall include placing new concrete in designated areas, new cable troughs, connection boxes, wood flooring system, doors, hardware and overhead coiling door and items as further shown on the drawings. 4. Electrical work shall consist of routing power to new outlets, underslab conduits, etc... and as further shown on the drawings.
