Request for proposals for Architect/Engineering Services. Proposals must be submitted by the deadline at the specified address. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. The Red Bank Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the Housing Authority and to award contracts accordingly. Respondents must comply with P.L. 1975, C127, P.L. 1977, c33, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. The Housing Authority of Borough of Red Bank (“RBHA”) is requesting proposals from interested and qualified construction management firms to provide multidiscipline professional services inclusive of, but not limited to: pre-construction, construction, design/build, and construction management and to serve as the overall Project Manager for the modernization/renovation of 30-36 two, three and four bedroom units situated in four two-story row townhouse style buildings on the Montgomery Terrace site (the “Project”). The Architect/Engineering Services selected through this RFP may be engaged for an extended period of time for both the planning and funding process and subsequent implementation. The contract resulting from this RFP shall provide for a term of not to exceed one (1) calendar years, except that RBHA shall have a unilateral option to renew the contract upon the same terms, conditions, and prices for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods, subject to all necessary HUD approvals. Unless otherwise stated in the contract, the contract term shall commence on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order issued by RBHA.
