The project is expected to be awarded on March 18, 2026.** The Work to be performed under this Contract consists of the replacement of sump pumps, discharge piping, and associated electrical wiring and conduits. The work also includes the installation of VFDs and the upsizing of a main power distribution panel. In addition, the project includes the installation of new discharge piping and related earthwork. This Section includes the basic materials and methods required for the work of Division 5, Metals A. Systems integrator shall provide all components listed in these specifications or as shown on the project drawings except item 6 below. Section includes 1. New Control Cabinet enclosure 2. PLC and digital and analog I/O cards, 3. 15" HMI, X2 Pro 15 4. pump VFDs 5. relays, indicator lights, selector switches and all associated PLC software and programming. 6. CTs for each terminal. 7. VFD circuit breakers Existing panel will be modified on site for installation. Qualified electrical contractor is responsible for installing and providing all external conduit, external I/O wiring and communications wiring according to the drawings and specifications. General Contractor (Contractor) is responsible for protection of existing control panel prior to and after installation and will hold contractor responsible in the event the control panel is damaged. Contractor is responsible for conducting a field verification test of all I/O points with owner's systems integrator and is responsible for field wiring modifications if necessary, to ensure proper equipment operation. Control panel provided by integrator and installed by Contractor. System integrator's work include cable terminations inside the existing control panel and shall coordinate installation with general contractor's electrician. Systems integrator's work includes any modifications inside the existing control panel, which includes but not limited to, PLC fabrication, testing, programming, field installation, debugging, start-up, commissioning, cable, conduit and terminations in order to provide a fully functional system to the satisfaction of the Engineer and Owner. System integrator to supply two copies of O&M/Data sheets for all components to GC. B. Systems integrator is responsible for all PLC programming, computer software programming, software licenses, communications programming, and control system integration. Contractor shall coordinate start-up and operation of integrator equipment with systems integrator. All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing prior to the question due date.
