Description of Work The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist of the following: o Demolition: Removal of existing structures, surface features, utilities, debris, or other onsite elements identified by the City or shown in the project documents. o Site Cleanup: Clearing and disposal of materials, stockpiles, vegetation, trash, and miscellaneous items in accordance with applicable regulations. o Environmental and Regulatory Compliance: Conducting any required assessments, handling of hazardous or regulated materials, and compliance activities as directed in technical specifications. o Site Restoration: Restoring disturbed areas to a clean and stable condition, including any temporary measures for erosion control, dust suppression, or site safety. o Utility Shut-Off: Shut-off and decommission all utility connections in accordance with all utility purveyor requirements. o Coordination: Coordinating with City staff, utility providers, and other parties as required.
