FA468626QS004 is issued as an RFQ, with provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. This requirement is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS 221210, Natural Gas Distribution, with a size standard of 1,500 employees. The requirement is for propane delivery, tank maintenance, and tank replacement services under a five-year IDIQ contract with a maximum value of $3,400,000. Services include delivering propane to tanks between 500 and 1,500 gallons based on weekly rack rates and fixed delivery fees, performing preventive and on-call maintenance, and purchasing and installing new tanks as needed. All work will be ordered through individual task orders issued by the Contracting Officer and must comply with OSHA, DOT, NFPA, and Air Force safety regulations. New propane tanks shall include a standard commercial manufacturer warranty, with the contractor responsible for coordinating warranty claims and ensuring that no existing warranties are voided during repairs. Quotes are due by 19 February 2026 at 10:00 AM PT, with questions due by 9 February 2026 at 10:00 AM PST.
