Reference Number 0000410814 The City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks (OSMP) is requesting qualifications from design-build general contractors interested in a project to remodel the South Office at the OSMP Cherryvale Campus. We worked with Studio Architecture to program the space needs of the building and create a design development drawing set. OSMP is seeking a design-build general contractor that can work with our facilities team to finalize the design, verify constructability with engineering, create a complete set of permit-ready construction drawings, permit the project, and complete the construction. In addition to the improvements to the south office, the selected design-build general contractor will be responsible for the conversion of an existing loafing shed into an enclosed storage facility. The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to: completion of design services, preparation of construction documents, acquisition of all required permits, coordination and installation of an electrical utility service to the structure, construction, and associated site improvements, including parking and driveway enhancements.
