Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), a Division of Public Works, acting as the General Contractor, is requesting Bids from qualified contractors for Fire Sprinkler work for the Boulder County 28th Street Community Hub Tenant Improvements Project. The work involves the re-fitting of the current system to meet the new layout. Contractor shall provide a total "turnkey" project including all necessary design, equipment, materials, and installation services.
