Reference Number 0000413085 The Civil Utilities group at CU Boulder is looking to replace over 300' of waterline and over 200' cure-in-place pipe (CIPP) of sanitary sewer. Each line segment is within student walking paths and established vegetation in the heart of the campus near Ekeley Sciences. The waterline replacement will consist of open-trench and trenchless methods to keep impacts minimized to the area. There will also be concrete and landscape restoration within the project. Schedule is a key element of this project, with work starting shortly after graduation in early May, and must be completed by July 31st, 2026. Anticipated General Contractor Start 5/4/2026 Anticipated Construction Start/Finish 7/31/2026 If the construction value is $50,000 or greater a Bid Bond and Power of Attorney or Proposal Guaranty is required in an amount not less than 5% of the total Bid.
