The department's custodial staff are onsite from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The University is looking for a supplier with an experienced and qualified staff to perform cleaning and snow removal during non-business hours-evenings, weekends, and holiday-at our buildings. The University of Colorado at Boulder requires janitorial support services for : Weekend, select holiday, and after-hours cleaning and snow removal in and around 29 of its buildings, during Fall and Spring Semesters, and over Winter Break. Cleaning of apartments at Graduate and Family Housing (GFH) during unit turns. Weekly cleaning of public areas in GFH. Weekend, select holiday, and after hours cleaning in at C4C and Village Center during Fall and Spring Semester, and over Winter Break. Walkway snow removal around GFH units. Year round on call emergency after hours cleaning in 29 residence halls, C4C and Village Center, and GFH units.
