Renovation of a military facility in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Installation of a hot water recirculation line and two associated recirculation pumps in Building 26 (Daycare Center) at the NIST Boulder Campus. The work includes mechanical piping modifications, electrical connections to existing panelboards with new breakers and disconnects as required, and full compliance with current NEC requirements and NIST site standards. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work. Due to ongoing daycare operations, the contractor must closely coordinate activities with facility personnel, and work may require off-hour performance to minimize disruption. The project also includes an optional line item for furnishing and installing a new water heater associated with piping work in Building 111.
