Renovation of a municipal facility in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,500-square-foot municipal facility.
Flooring Replacement: Basement Level - Removal and disposal of old flooring, installation of new carpet and LVT, totaling appx 5,500 sq ft. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. SCOPE OF WORK The selected contractor will be responsible for: Removing and properly disposing of existing carpet and cove base. Preparing the subfloor, including cleaning, leveling, and moisture testing (if needed). Supplying and installing luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring in the following areas: Large Meeting Room Staff Room Entry & Hall Area Main Childrens Area Supplying and installing commercial-grade carpet tiles in: Childrens Office Area Storytime Area Supplying and installing new cove base throughout all renovated areas. Coordinating with library staff to minimize disruption to operations. Completing all work within the agreed-upon timeline.
