Installation of cured-in-place pipe lining within existing sanitary sewer gravity mains along Country Club Drive, Nast Avenue, North Hills Drive, Orchard Avenue, Sheridan Street and Lincoln Drive. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond and an acceptable Surety payable to the Owner is required in an amount not less than 10% of the total bid. All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date unless award is delayed by a required approval, in which case the bid shall remain subject to acceptance for 120 days. The Owner reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids in the best interest of the Owner, and to reject any or all proposals.
