Site work for a water / sewer project in Birdseye, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Division I of the project consists of: manhole rehabilitation, gravity sewer main rehabilitation with cure-in-place pipe lining, and various collection system lateral and mainline repairs. Plans and specifications are available at the offices of Midwestern Engineers, Inc., A CHA Company. Contractors may view the plans and specifications for preparing their bid by either downloading them for a fee or by obtaining paper-bound printed plans and specifications for a separate fee. All service charges for viewing are non-refundable. When ordering plans and specifications online, instructions for payment will be provided during the process. Requests for paper-bound sets must be accompanied by a check or money order. Overnight mailing of plans and specifications will not be provided. A paper-bound set of plans and specifications is also on file at the Town of Birdseye. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested parties, including prime contractors, subcontractors, and small, minority, or women-owned enterprises.
