Renovation of a mixed-use development in Long Beach, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; and warehouse / distribution facility.
The project includes private office improvements, new copy area millwork, partition to split conference 115, associated mechanical, electrical, lighting, & patch/repair finishes. Accessible restroom improvements, enlarging men & women, adjusting fixture locations, adding water closet, converting existing men restroom into an accessible single occupancy restroom; associated mechanical, electrical, lighting, & finishes. Warehouse improvements, new work room, finishes, new millwork, new chain link enclosure with rolling gate and two man gate openings, structural supports to enlarge roll up door opening at exterior wall, new roll up door; associated mechanical, electrical, lighting, etc. Roof improvements, new roof hatch, and roof restoration. Site improvements, new ev parking, new parking striping, adding enlarged rolling gate opening at existing fencing, accessible parking signage, new lift gate, and new 400a panel. Question Deadline 02/11/2026 Bidders may submit to the Project Manager written requests for interpretation or correction of the Plans, Specifications, or other Contract Documents. Bidders shall not make such requests later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the date of bid opening. Bidders are advised that this project is subject to the City's SBE (SBE), Very Small Business (VSB) and Local Small Business (LSBE) Enterprise Program (LBSBE Program) established by City Ordinance No. Ord 11-0010. See Divisions C and E of the Specifications. This project is subject to a LBSBE goal of 10% The Engineer's Estimate of the total project costs for the TID Radio & Asset Services Building project is $2,077,656. The work consists primarily of office and warehouse improvements including ADA restrooms, millwork, HVAC and roof repair, mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, interior finishes, chain link enclosure, rollup door, EV parking stall, and vehicle exhaust control system. Bids are required for the entire Work.
