Accessible restroom improvements, enlarging men & women, adjusting fixture locations, adding water closet, converting existing men restroom into an accessible single occupancy restroom; associated mechanical, electrical, lighting, & finishes. Warehouse improvements, new work room, finishes, new millwork, new chain link enclosure with rolling gate and two man gate openings, structural supports to enlarge roll up door opening at exterior wall, new roll up door; associated mechanical, electrical, lighting, etc. Roof improvements, new roof hatch, and roof restoration. Site improvements, new ev parking, new parking striping, adding enlarged rolling gate opening at existing fencing, accessible parking signage, new lift gate, and new 400a panel.
