The City of Hornell will be taking sealed bids for a new house and parcel located at 179 Madison Avenue Hornell, NY 14843. The bid should be your highest and best offer. The house is approx. 1200 +/- square feet, one story, two bedrooms, two full baths and full unfinished basement with an attached one car garage. Work on the home is complete and no further work should be completed by the City.
