Carter County, Tennessee is accepting bids for new masonry construction for the New Hampton High School Field House and Sports Field Buildings. All bids must be submitted in writing, meet all specifications, and be received on or before February 5, 2026 at 3:00 PM. No oral, phone, or faxed bids are allowed. Late bids are not accepted. Bids should be signed by an authorized representative, including the title of the authorized representative. Carter County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, negotiate after bid, and waive any informalities. Bidders should mail sealed bids to the Finance Department-Bid, Courthouse Suite 203, 801 East Elk Avenue, Elizabethton, TN 37643, Attention: Bid Item (List Item to be bid on). Carter County does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, or age pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
