Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Federal Way, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of furnishing and installing three new Level 2 dual-port electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, including all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, and permitting required. The work includes site preparation, trenching and conduit installation, electrical distribution upgrades, and the purchase and installation of EV chargers at the Federal Way Community Center. Equipment requirements specify networked Level 2 chargers (minimum 7.2 kW output), OCPI and OCCP capability, ENERGY STAR certification, UL 2594 compliance, and adherence to relevant state laws. The installation includes one electrical distribution panel and communications infrastructure. The chargers must be ChargePoint CP6021, 50a, dual-port stations or approved equivalents, and must be installed, wired, and tested per manufacturer specifications and National Electrical Code requirements. Emergency power shutoff devices must be installed in an accessible, clearly labeled location at regulated distance from the chargers. Bidders must verify all material quantities.
