Renovation of a medical facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This is a prevailing wage project. Replacement of the single ply roof of the original portion of the Pennington Health Science Center building at the Redfield Campus on Wedge Parkway. Question Deadline 02/18/2026 at 5:00 PM PT. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and submitted via website Estimated Cost Range: $350,000 to $500,000. Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Pollution Liability, Builder's Risk, and Rigger's liability will be required. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information and in compliance with the requirements set forth here website. Bidders who submit a bid without attending the Job Walk will automatically be disqualified and not considered for award. Once the solicitation closes and the responses are unsealed electronically, the list of bidders/responders will be posted online within two hours, and available to the public for viewing. This document can be accessed by clicking on Closed Bid Opportunities, selecting the specific opportunity, and scrolling down to Bid Documents.
