Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: In general, the project consists of the rehabilitation of three (3) streets, the installation of new sanitary sewer mains, and storm drain improvements along Carter Drive, Suda Way, and Frandsen Circle. The rehabilitation shall include, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of pavement section, driveways, curb and gutter, sanitary sewer manholes and pipe, select storm drain structures and pipe, dewatering, landscaping, pavement striping and signage, provisions for traffic control for the duration of the project, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications.
