Description

Site work and new construction of a civil project in Ishpeming, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work involves the installation of approximately 5,000 feet of watermain and construction of a wellhouse, which includes interior piping and electrical and controls. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. The Project includes the following Work: The construction of a new watermain and wellhouse for the Water Authority. This includes the installation of a new watermain, approximately 5,000ft in length, from the new well at Teal Lake to a connection point outside of the Water Authority, construction of a wellhouse, 17ft x 26ft, and interior piping with required electrical and SCADA panels for well operation, and site restoration. Question Deadline 02/11/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
