Sealed proposals are requested from contractors or suppliers for the construction of the Broken Bow High School Football Field 2025 - Phase 1 for selected bid packages. Bids will be received at the Broken Bow Public Schools Administration Office at 108 West 5th Street. Bid packages open for bidding include: #02 Demolition, #03 Site Concrete, #13 Aluminum Bleachers, and #32 Synthetic Turf. All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond amounting to five percent (5%) of the base bid and all alternates. Bidders must meet all qualification requirements as established in the bid documents, may not withdraw bids within 60 days after opening, and should refer to the Construction Manager's Bid Book for the listing of individual bid packages. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids. The Project consists of the alteration and modiification of Broken Bow Memorial Stadium. 1. Work includes, but is not limited to: a. Demolition and removal of site elements made obsolete by this Project. b. Proposed synthetic grass (turf) playing field with surrounding concrete and landscape synthetic grass system. c. Proposed alteration and waterproofing of the Home Grandstand. d. Proposed alteration and waterproofing of the Visitor Grandstand. e. Proposed pressbox. f. Other site and drainage improvements. The project consists of a new educational cosmetology facility. The new construction consists of site work, demolition, metal building, installation of storefront, masonry, interior and exterior finishes, and an addition to the parking lot.
