The City of New Westminster’s Parks Department is seeking a General Contractor to renovate and seismically upgrade a former barn into a workshop and kitchen space for public use. The Respondent in accordance with the Contract documents will provide: Selective demolition of the building and removal and disposal of the building materials off the site as indicated within the construction documents. New construction including structural upgrades, architectural modifications and replacements, new electrical and lighting system, new fire alarm, new sprinkler system, upgraded water service and plumbing as indicated within the construction documents.
