Renovation of a multi-residential development in Asheboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 100-unit multi-residential development.

Scope of work will consist of renovations and modernization of the existing project and includes, but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of kitchen cabinets, counters, sinks, faucets, and accessories in 100+ units. All other work as shown on plans, in the Project Manual, and as required by codes and the authority having jurisdiction. Sealed proposals will be received for furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the project. Complete bid documents will be open for inspection at specified locations and will be available for download or in printed form as indicated. All contractors are notified that they must have proper licenses under state laws. Contractors are responsible for ensuring economic opportunities, to the greatest extent feasible, follow Section 3 Requirements 24 CFR Part 135.1 and Section 3 Clause 24 CFR Part 135.38. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Remove existing kitchen cabinets and counter tops at units indicated on plans. Provide new kitchen cabinets, counter tops and wall laminate backsplash. • Remove existing kitchen sinks, faucet set, P-Trap, supplies, and shut-off valves. Provide new stainless steel sinks with new faucet set, PVC P-Trap, supplies and 1/4 turn shut-off valves. • Remove existing range hoods at all units to receive new cabinets. Salvage range hood mounted fire extinguishers and reinstall upon new range hoods. • Remove existing kitchen sink waste to vertical riser. Replace with new PVC. • Remove existing gate valve for domestic water line at interior of each unit. Replace with 1/4 turn valve. • Provide all other work as indicated on plans, in the Project Manual, and as required by codes and the authority having jurisdiction.
