The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: The project is to add approximately 1,000 linear feet of security fencing and two automatic security gates around the perimeter of the Mottman site. Sealed bids must be received at the Board of Thurston County Commissioners' reception desk. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond equal to five percent of the bid amount. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Board may reject any or all bids for good cause, especially if not accompanied by required bid security or other necessary data, or if the bid is incomplete or irregular. Plans and specifications are available online at the Builder's Exchange website or for viewing at the Thurston County Central Service Department. Bidders are encouraged to register as a bidder on the BXWA website to receive notifications of addenda.
