Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from contractors qualified to perform a variety of Wastewater Conveyance System and Related Facilities Repair, Rehabilitation & Construction Services required on an as-needed basis throughout the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department service area. Direct questions regarding this notice in writing to James Johnson; Procurement Officer E-mail: James.Johnson@pima.gov This Solicitation is being conducted as a two-step JOC evaluation pursuant to A.R.S. 34-604. Briefly, Step One consists of an evaluation of qualifications submitted in response to a previously defined RFQu and interviews. Step Two consists of evaluation of technical and price proposals submitted in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued following interviews. The intent of this solicitation is to award a shared indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity Job Order Contract in the annual amount of $20,000,000.00 with up to 4 qualified Contractors. An overall Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goal of 3% is set for this Contract. Pima County reserves the right to reject any and all qualification statements or withhold the award for any reason. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
