Summary: (Hardcourt) This project will encompass a comprehensive range of civil site improvements designed to enhance both the functionality and overall appearance of the campus grounds. Work will include upgrades to irrigation, onsite utilities, the installation of new fencing and secure gates, upgraded landscaping, and the construction of durable concrete walkways to improve circulation and accessibility throughout the site. In addition, the project will introduce a newly constructed hardcourt area to expand the student play zone, along with the installation of supplementary play-structure equipment intended to support a wider variety of recreational activities. The scope of work also features updated track and activity striping, the addition of a dedicated kickball court, and new drinking fountains to better serve students and staff. c. SPOE Engineers Estimate: $250,000.00 d. Summary: (SPOE) Scope of work consists of demolishing an existing window/frame/wall framing, removal of interior flooring and removal of exterior flatwork, all to facilitate the installation of the new door/frame, interior walk-off carpet, and new exterior flatwork the project will incorporate modifications to create a clearly defined single point of entry, improving both safety and campus security. 2. Restroom Modernization a. Engineers Estimate: $2,000,000.00 b. Summary: This project will provide Northwood Elementary School with a comprehensive modernization of the boys', girls', and staff restroom, including updated finishes, fixtures, and accessibility features to improve functionality and comfort.
