CORE Construction along with Twin Rivers Unified School District requests proposals from licensed subcontractors for the following Lease-Leaseback project: Twin Rivers Unified School District Multi-site (Foothill Oaks, Oakdale & Vineland) Ph 5 HVAC Replacement Project Foothill Elementary School - 5520 Lancelot Dr., Sacramento, CA 95842 Vineland Elementary School - 6450 20th Street, Rio Linda, CA 95673 Oakdale Elementary School - 3708 Myrtle Avenue, North Highlands, CA 95660 Across Foothill ES, Vineland ES, and Oakdale ES, the projects focus on replacing aging HVAC systems with associated equipment pad improvements, system tie-ins, and localized repairs to existing conditions. Each site includes coordination with existing fire alarm systems across multiple buildings to support the HVAC upgrades. The scope also incorporates required ADA accessibility improvements, with Vineland ES additionally including restroom upgrades and a new unisex staff restroom.
