2025 Capital Improvement Project - ELECTRICAL CONTRACT for Laurens Central Schools including the Main Building, Bus Garage, Storage Building, and Ambrose V. Powell Memorial Library. Bids are to be submitted to the Superintendent at Laurens Central School District. Contractors should refer to the 2008 Wicks Reform and New York State Labor Law Section 220-i for additional bid submission procedures and requirements not otherwise outlined in the contract documents. Contract Documents may be examined at listed locations or obtained from Plan & Print Systems, Inc. for a fee. Bidders are issued a maximum of two sets; subcontractors and material suppliers one set each. Addenda to the project will be emailed to each plan holder of record. It is the responsibility of bidders to provide accurate contact information and download each addendum. Bidders are required to deposit bid security as specified. Bids may be withdrawn under the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Project completion must occur by the dates in Section 011100 entitled "Summary of Work." A pre-bid meeting will be held, and site inspections may be arranged with prior notification.
