Clean, paint, and repair in accordance with the specifications for tank maintenance of the 1.25 MG finished water tank and two 250,000 gallon chlorine detention tanks at 235 Woodside Drive, State College, PA. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified or Bank Check, or Bid Bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as security. The successful bidder will be required to execute the Agreement and furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, and provide evidence of insurance coverage as required. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is required for all bidders. All bonds must be executed by approved sureties. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked appropriately.
