The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving proposals for professional services related to the Roadway – Material Testing and Inspection 2026-1 project. This work involves construction inspection services and materials testing for City of Columbus projects and may also include other projects where the city is providing similar services. The consultant will be responsible for construction inspection, materials testing, and any other tasks necessary to complete the contract. Proposals must be submitted electronically. All proposal documents will be available for review and download online after advertisement. Mandatory requirements must be met for a proposal to be considered. Evaluation criteria include location of lead offeror, relevant experience of the project team, past performance, understanding of the project and quality/feasibility of the proposal, and ability to perform expeditiously. Firms must register on the Vendor Services portal and become contract compliant before doing business with the City of Columbus. Additional instructions are provided for registration, certification, and debriefing requests.
