Answers to questions will be issued via addenda. Each offeror shall submit a certified check or a satisfactory bid bond provided by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Mexico in an amount equal to (5%) five percent of the total amount of the bid, with each bid proposal. A 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment and Materials Bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Mexico shall be required from the successful Offeror prior to award of contract The Bid Documents contain a timeline for completion of the work and imposes liquidated damages against the selected Contractor for failure to complete the work within the time period stated in the Contract. No Offeror may withdraw his/her/its bid for a period of 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. County Commission Award and April 21, 2026 (tentative) Contract Approval
