Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Mokena, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of the supply and installation of a submersible well pump, motor, column pipe, and appurtenances at Well #3 for the Village of Mokena. Contractors and sub-contractors must conform to the Public Works Preference Project Act (30 ILCS 560/1, et. seq). Contractors are required to pay not less than prevailing wage rates as established by the United States Department of Labor and the State of Illinois Department of Labor. Bidding documents are available for viewing at the Village of Mokena. The Village of Mokena reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, waive any technicalities or irregularities in the bids, and disregard all non-conforming or conditional bids or counter proposals.
