Project consists of installation of non-penetrating roof mount with structural support poles for three antennas. All conduit from equipment room to each antenna location on the roof. This will also include roof penetration repairs to the roof. Cable trays, grounding and bonding as per TIA-607 specifications. All electrical and HVAC required per plans. Electrical and HVAC will require General Contractor to provide stamped engineering plans. Contractor's license: the contractor shall possess a general building contractor b license. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 4104 of the California Public Contracting Code a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, as defined in Section 4104, unless currently registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5 California Labor Code. All questions must be submitted electronically throughonline on or before Friday March 6, 2026, 3:00 PM. Any changes or additional information needed for bidding will be provided in an Addendum posted on online. Contractors shall be responsible for addendums. The successful contractor (after receiving the notice to proceed) shall have 250-day days calendar days to complete all work called for under the contract documents. The liquidated damages will be $500 (five hundred fifty dollars) per day for project delays that are determined to be attributable to the contractor. Withdrawal of bids: the county reserves the right to reject any and or all bids or waive any informality in a bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The county reserves the right to select any one or any combination of bids, whichever is in the best interest of the county.
