State Project Number 02FR0029 Freeman Building Atrium Leak Repairs A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Remove the existing roof system to the metal deck. Install new fully adhered PVC roof system. 2. Gut cavity above windows and repair/replace water damaged materials. 3. Remove, store, and reinstall interior artwork. 4. Remove and replace water damaged interior finishes. This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project's specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the solicitation before submitting a response. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor, the work for at least three contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since April, 1 2020 for construction of exterior renovation within the Capitol Complex. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $200,000 or greater. Project Manager and Job Superintendent responsible for this project EACH has had at least three years of experience with exterior renovations within the Capitol Complex similar in scope and value to this project.
