MnDOT requests letters of interest for services to provide outreach, engagement and relay major construction communications impacts for the I-35E bridge replacement project over Shepard Road in St. Paul. This multi-year construction project will require extensive communications, engagement to relay major construction communication impacts while using engagement and outreach strategies within seven-county Metro region and St. Paul communities in which the project which will have major traffic impacts and detour during the construction project impacts for the next two years. The goal/outcome of this contract work is to successfully create better awareness of this work by communicating before and during construction about the traffic impacts and delays. Communication will occur in a timely manner to all audiences, promoting the use of 511mn.org and the website for accurate up-to-the-minute information and help ease congestion by educating motorists, businesses and residents about alternative routes.
