A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** City of Saint Paul is seeking bids for the construction of the East Geothermal Mechanical Building. This new facility will house geothermal mechanical equipment for the Polar Bear and Aquatics buildings, aligning with the city's commitment to sustainable energy solutions. Work Details The contract involves the construction of a new concrete/precast building designed specifically to accommodate geothermal mechanical equipment. The project scope includes site preparation, foundation work, structural framing, and installation of necessary mechanical systems to support geothermal operations. All suppliers must register at www.stpaulbids.com and submit their bid responses electronically via the Supplier Portal. All questions to be made via supplier portal at www.stpaulbids.com. Oral questions related to the project outside the Pre-Bid Conference are prohibited and may be grounds for rejection of the bid. City personnel, elected officials, and agents, including but not limited to partners or consultants are not authorized to discuss this Project or Request for Bids with interested bidders outside of the Pre-Bid Conference. All Bidders will have access to all questions and answers submitted in writing which will be public information and released in an addendum on www.stpaulbids.com.
