Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract(s) for Cable Furnish and Install for Outdoor Construction. This will include, but is not limited to, the installation of conduit/high-density polyethylene (HDPE) by means of boring or trenching, core drilling, hand holes locate conductors, fiber optic cable, splicing, testing and restoration. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Staci Stoerzinger, via email at staci.stoerzinger@state.mn.us no later than January 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $500,000 to $750,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
