Renovation of a multi-residential development in Long Branch, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Reference Number 0000410759 Bid Intent Not Available Re-Bid for the Hobart Manor Roof Improvements The scope of work contemplated for the above-named Project includes the removal of the existing roofing shingle systems, wood roof decking, fascia and soffits, and gutters and downspouts, and replacement with new roofing shingle systems, new wood roof decking, new fascia and soffits, and new gutters and downspouts, and all associated items at eleven (11) buildings, as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for completion the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 60 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. The provided Bid Packet must be completed in the manner designated in the Contract Documents, must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder and the name of the Project on the outside, and must be addressed to the Long Branch Housing Authority. Also, Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "Long Branch Housing Authority" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. Question Deadline 02/10/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions must be submitted in writing by Mark Hansen at mhansen@tandmassociates.com. When submitting a question or request for clarification, the subject line of the email must contain: Question - Long Branch Housing Authority Re-Bid Hobart Manor Roof Improvements Project. Long Branch Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law. An award will be made, or Bid Packets will be rejected within sixty (60) Calendar Days after the opening of the Bid Packets, during which time the Bid Packets shall be irrevocable and unavailable to withdraw by Bidders, unless otherwise extended in the Contract Documents.
