Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all tools, materials, and labor, and performing the work necessary for the construction of Project No. MS 26-001, Citywide Arterial Microsurfacing and Crack Seal. Bids will only be accepted from contractors who attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and hold valid pre-qualification certificates from the City of Tulsa in classification A or C. Drawings, specifications, and contract documents are available for a non-refundable fee. Compliance with non-discrimination laws and a ten percent Small Business Enterprise utilization goal are required. Bidders must commit to employing at least fifty percent bona fide residents of the City of Tulsa and/or MSA in each employment classification and must hire only citizens of the United States. A Certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Surety Bond in the sum of 5% of the bid amount is required from each bidder. The successful bidder must provide public liability and workmen's compensation insurance, and Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance bonds for 100% of the contract price. The project is subject to local preference law for Oklahoma-based businesses.
