A. Project Description: Architectural and engineering services related to conceptual design or remodel design for multiple upcoming projects in 2026. Some projects will have a value of less than $350,000.00 and will be considered Small Works Projects. B. Scope of Work: Consultants to provide full architecture or engineering services, from initial programming to SD, DD, CD, bidding or negotiating, and CA, as well as coordination with all permitting agencies, including DOH. Contractual agreements with the selected firm will conform to Washington State fee guidelines for basic services. D. To have your qualifications considered, your team will need previous experience in hospital or clinic medical projects. The owner will review the information submitted in the written Statements of Qualification and, based on that review, may conduct discussions with one or more firms from which a selection may be made, or may choose to proceed with a formal interview process. The owner reserves the right to reject all submissions and/or not pursue the project. Minority and women-owned firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
